His career has spanned security, global recruitment, and a senior commercial role at Kedem Europe, one of Europe’s leading kosher wine distributors. Alongside Waterwood, Ariel is also the founder and chef behind Fusion by Ariel, a kosher culinary brand focused on refined private dining, events, and elevated hospitality experiences. This combination of commercial strategy, relationship-building, food, wine, and hands-on service gives Ariel a distinctive perspective — helping clients shape opportunities with clarity, discretion, and practical next steps.
